Jo-Anne began her career as a commercial accountant across government, manufacturing, retail and service businesses. She rose from company accountant to CEO and Executive Director of a national property services company, growing turnover from $9 million to $50 million with 600 staff across Australia.
Since 2012 she has also worked as a business broker with Benchmark Business Sales & Valuations, and in 2017 she founded ITB Business Results, giving small business owners access to CFO, accounting and advisory support.
At Benchmark Business Advisory she works as a fractional CFO and CEO, helping owners improve cash flow, profitability and financial reporting, and strengthen systems, accountability and operational performance. Her experience in appraisals, valuations and business sales gives her a clear view of what drives growth and value.
