About Paula
Less chaos, better systems
Paula started out in financial advice as a paraplanner and personal assistant, before founding her own administration business in 2012. In 2013 she founded Beyond the Maze, which helps practices and businesses build the systems, structure and team support they need to grow.
Beyond the Maze supports psychology and allied health practices, along with other businesses. Paula is also a business coach and hosts The Business Engine Podcast, where she explores founder dependency and practical business systems.
At Benchmark Business Advisory, Paula helps owners turn operational chaos into clarity, by documenting processes, delegating with confidence and taking themselves out of the bottleneck.
