About Donna
People advice with a commercial view
Donna has more than 25 years of people, culture and safety leadership, in organisations ranging from start-ups to large national and global businesses. Her work has covered growth, restructures and acquisitions, recruitment from frontline roles to general managers, leadership programs, and difficult HR matters such as performance issues, Fair Work matters and exits.
She leads Benchmark Talent Advisory, working with small and medium business owners on hiring, leadership and HR foundations. She takes a commercial view, and her advice links back to the wider business through her work with Benchmark’s business advisors.
Donna is a Fellow Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FCPHR), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), an accredited coach and an accredited DISC practitioner, with formal qualifications in human resources, industrial relations, management and wellness.
