Peter started his first business at 19 and has built and run businesses ever since. He knows what’s at stake when it’s your money and your name on the door.
Today he leads Benchmark Advisory Group, the home of Benchmark Business Advisory, Benchmark Talent Advisory and Benchmark Business Research. He’s also involved in other businesses, including as co-founder and board member of StockShift, a livestock technology company. His work with owners focuses on strategy, building business value, and AI and technology.
He brings a strong understanding of human behaviour, change management and leadership, so plans are built around how people actually work. Peter holds an MBA with Distinction and is completing a PhD at the University of Southern Queensland, researching digital identity and digital transformation in regional Australian small and medium businesses.
He is the author of Realities of Business: Misadventures & Lessons Learnt and co-hosts the Meaning Business Podcast with Bruce Coudrey.
